RETURNS AND EXCHANGE DETAILS.
Your satisfaction in our products is extremely important to us. We take great care hand crafting each piece and are proud to say, we have never had a customer want to return due to being unsatisfied with the quality of their piece. That being said, should there be a concern, we would love to hear from you.
- We do accept returns if there is an error we made with your order (i.e. wrong paint color). If you feel your order is not satisfactory, contact us within 14 days of delivery date to arrange a return.
- Once a made to order is purchased, we start creating your board within 4 to 6 hours. We do not honor a request for cancellation and provide a refund after your piece has been started.
- If an order is returned due to wrong address, refusal of delivery, etc., costs of reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer. An order will not be refunded or cancelled due to these reasons as well.
- Due to variations in monitor/screen settings and how everyone sees color differently, color/grain dissatisfaction will not be a valid reason for a return as we can and will send you a sample of the material in advance "if requested".
- If a return is requested for any other reason other than what is listed above, customer can return but will be responsible for return shipping costs. Request must be made within 3 days of delivery date and receiving product.
- Shipping Insurance is included so you're covered! If damaged during shipment, you MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 14 DAYS of delivery. An insurance claim will be made with FedEx. We will need various pictures and information from you to complete all of the FedEx insurance paperwork and will issue a refund or replacement upon the approved insurance claim.
- Keep all original shipping packaging to ensure the claim can be processed. If packaging is discarded, FedEx will deny the claim.
